Partnership Resource Guide
Oregon Domestic Partnerships:
Domestic partners (two individuals of the same sex) may file a
Domestic Partnership if they are at least 18 years of age, at
least one of them resides in Oregon as a resident and provided
they are both legally capable of consenting to such partnership.
Establishing a Domestic Partnership affords same sex couples the
same rights and responsibilities that are granted under Oregon
State Law through a marriage contract.
